Habsiguda: Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) took out a huge rally here on Friday, demanding implementation of Right to Education Act.ABVP state secretary Ambala Kiran criticised the State government for neglecting education. “It has failed to regulate fees in private institutions. The Chief Minister failed to keep his electoral promise of KG to PG free education and is now, hand in glove with private institutions like Chaitanya and Narayana,” he added.
