I am not sure if he is rested or dropped…only time will tell,” Harbhajan said to India Today. The Turbanator said that India will never have another Yuvraj Singh and though, he’s hoping for Yuvraj to make a comeback again, he might find it a little more difficult with the youngsters getting opportunities.”Yuvraj Singh is undoubtedly a champion player and has made a lot of comebacks in the last couple of years and I can tell you that no matter how big a player India produces, there will not be another Yuvraj Singh.”A lot of young guys are getting the opportunity and so Yuvraj might find it a little difficult (to come back) but for this guy, nothing is impossible. I am hoping that ‘Singh will be king’ again and he will come back with a bang and start doing what he used to do. I wish him all the luck and hopefully we’ll get to see him again,” Harbhajan said.advertisementMeanwhile Harbhajan congratulated Team India for their dominance in Sri Lanka but expressed his surprise on the fact that this was India’s first overseas whitewash.”I am really happy that India have won 3-0 in Sri Lanka. It took us 85 years (to achieve a clean sweep) and it is quite surprising for me as a player. I don’t know why it took us so long to reach this feat, 85 years is a very long time and this should have been done way back. But it’s never too late as they say and I congratulate Team India for this great performance in Sri Lanka,” Harbhajan mentioned.ON VIRAT KOHLI’S COMPARISON WITH GANGULY AND DHONIThe off-spinner felt that it is not right to compare the three captain as they have all done a lot for Indian cricket and that too in different eras.”We should not compare Sourav Ganguly, Virat Kohli and MS Dhoni with each other because they have all done great things for Indian cricket and the eras are also different, lot of teams have changed and lot of captains have changed.”Over the years things have changed and while India have improved a lot, Sri Lanka are not the same side. At the moment, Australia is in transition, England are getting back to being strong but all said and done, all three have been great for India,” Harbhajan quipped. The 37-year-old said that Kohli is doing a great job as the Indian captain and wishes him to keep being the great example he currently is.”Virat is doing a tremendous job at the moment and I hope he keeps working hard and sets the right examples, which he usually does.”ON HARDIK PANDYAHarbhajan praised the young and talented all-rounder Hardik Pandya and said that he is extremely happy to see Pandya perform so well.”Hardik is a very talented guy. I met him 3-4 years back when he came to bowl at Mumbai Indians nets and he was quite good at that point of time and he used to bat a bit. Now he is more of a batsman and he can bat as well as anyone and has a great technique. I am really happy to see Hardik play that brilliant innings in Sri Lanka.”last_img
